Ph.D. Clinical Psychology

Here at Bloom Psychology Clinic, I provide a range of psychological services to children, adolescents, young adults and their families. My goal is to always create a space that is open and inclusive and to help foster children’s growth, resilience, and well-being.

I specialize in conducting psychoeducational and psychodiagnostic assessments for children and youth facing a diverse range of challenges, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, learning difficulties, and complex psychological conditions. Additionally, I have expertise in performing psychodiagnostic assessments for youth with complex trauma histories as well as youth with comorbid medical presentations.

I also offer psychotherapy services for adolescents and young adults who present with both psychological and physical health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, and coping with chronic illnesses (e.g., chronic pain, migraines, diabetes). My therapeutic style is both direct and warm, with a goal of fostering collaboration. I prioritize the holistic well-being of my clients, addressing both mental and physical health in therapy. My practice is grounded in evidence-based treatments, namely Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.

I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oregon and I completed my predoctoral residency at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan. Over the course of my clinical training, I have assessed and treated children, adolescents, and adults across a diverse range of settings. I have submitted my application for registration with the College of Psychologists of BC. In the interim, I am providing services under the supervision of Dr. Danielle Kingdon and Dr. Christopher Cardoso.
